Renata Kozak, APRN
I have been a practicing Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner since 1998. I have experience working on all levels of services: inpatient level of care, mobile crisis and outpatient clinic, with civil as well as forensic population.
My approach towards treatment encompasses medication management, psychoeducation and talk therapy with focus on eliminating symptoms and improving quality of life.
If you are 18 years old or older and seeking help with depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, divorce, coping skills, parenting, stress and if you are interested in taking your journey with me, please give me a call.
When I’m not working, and not with my family, you can find me in the woods challenging my fear of heights hiking. My next challenge is Angel’s Landing, Zion National Park part of the Mighty 5! In the summer, you can find me reading a book by the pool or exploring other cultures traveling.
My dream… having a therapeutic farm where I could invite you to hang out with the animals while having a tea / coffee and counseling session. Hopefully soon to come true. In the meantime, I offer telehealth through CBHA.
